Hello, my name is Dr. Belinda McNeal-Walker. I have 39 years of teaching and educational research experience. My educational background includes an Associate in Arts degree from Indian River State College, A Bachelor of Arts and Humanities degree from Florida Atlantic University with a focus in Elementary Education, a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University, Dual Doctorate in Educational Leadership K-12 and Higher Ed./Organizational Leadership. My endorsements from the state of Florida include ESOL K-12, Reading K-12, Gifted K-12, and ASD K-12.

Dr. Belinda L. McNeal-Walker is also the published author of Jesus Christ the Savior is Born (ISBN 978-1-4669-0719-5), the first published work of a series of Christian children’s books.

At the age of 9, my youngest son was assessed and found eligible for the specific learning disability program with a deficiency in reading. After providing specific reading strategies and techniques, he is currently enrolled in high school honors courses. My passion & credentials for teaching reading extend from Pre-kindergarten to adulthood.
